Your earliest collection day is shown when you checkout. When you receive your Ready to Collect message, please collect your parcel as soon as you can. You, or the person collecting for you, only need your order number to collect your order. This should be shown to a store colleague or typed into the automated collection device. You have ten days to collect your parcel. If it’s not collected within this time, we will process a refund.
For certain products, our colleagues may also ask to see proof of age. Without this, you won't be able to collect the parcel, and we will cancel and refund the order. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.
Where local Covid-19 restrictions apply, our Click & Collect service will not be available in our non-food or Living stores.
