What if I paid using an Asda gift card?

If you paid using an Asda gift card, a full refund goes back on to the same gift card so you must keep hold of this.

If you used multiple payment methods like a credit card, a George eVoucher, and a gift card, this is how your refund happens:

1. The eVoucher is refunded first until its max value. 
2. Followed by the gift card until its max value. 
3. Followed by your payment card until its max value.

Your gift card balance will be available to spend on George.com after the refund is processed. You’ll see this in the voucher section of your account.
