Arranging an exchange

Online home delivery orders

You can arrange an exchange of any George items bought online for home delivery by calling our Customer Service team and selecting option 2. Lines are open seven days a week from 8am to 10pm.

Click & Collect orders

Only clothing items ordered online for Click & Collect can be exchanged in a George store if the items are available. Otherwise, they need to be returned for a refund. All non-clothing items also need to be returned to us for a refund. If you can’t get to a store, or if you ordered non-clothing items, please see How do I return an order?
