Our delivery times are from 7am to 10pm Monday to Sunday. If our driver has missed you, please check any safe locations where the parcel may have been placed. Please be aware that sometimes we send items from the same order in separate deliveries and each parcel may have individual tracking information.
High value products are shipped using our secure delivery service. These products are not available to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Please note that once your order has been despatched, it may take 24 hours for your tracking to become available. If you can’t find tracking information, this may be because some parcels, such as those delivered directly from the supplier, may not provide tracking.
