George Rewards

George Rewards is a program where you will earn points that can be redeemed for offers, services, events and much more. Membership is free of charge, no Reward card is issued, and no purchase is necessary to become a member, but you do have to be over 18 years of age.

How do I join George Rewards?

If you already have a George account: 

• Sign in to the 'My Account' area on George.com
• Scroll to the 'Reward information' area and click on 'Try it out' button where you'll find all the information you need about how you can earn points
• If you're happy to continue, click 'Opt-in to George Rewards'.

If you’re new to George:

• Go to George.com and click on 'create an account' at the top of the page
• Enter a username and password and select 'Opt-in to George Rewards'
• Once registered, go to the 'My Account' area, then scroll to the 'Reward information' area
• Click on the 'Try it out' button where you find all the information you'll need about how you earn points.

You can cancel your Rewards account at any time by going to 'My Account' and clicking on 'opt-out of George Rewards'. See our terms and conditions for more information.

How do I collect and redeem my points?

Points can be collected against:

• Every George.com online purchase
• When you refer a friend - limited to 5 referrals for the lifetime of your membership
• When you tell us what you think about your purchase by submitting a product review.

You can check your points balance any time by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your Rewards Hub. Collected points will unlock offers and services. Examples of offers are 20% off ladies' PJ's or Free Delivery. These will be subject to change as new offers are added or removed. You can also earn points on any sale items you buy, but you can't use a Reward promotion code to obtain an additional discount on an item that is already in the sale.

How do I use my reward points?

You use your points to unlock offers. Each offer has an expiry date, so you have until 24 hours after this date to place your order before the promotion ends. If you decide not to use the offer, the points used to unlock it will be refunded.

What happens if I cancel an order or don’t use my points?

If you decide to cancel an order, your points will be refunded to your account. But don’t forget, your points will expire 12 months after the month in which you earned them. If you decide to opt-out of George Rewards, any points balance will remain should you reinstate your account. However, your points will expire 12 months after the date you last placed an order.
