Why have I received a notice about my Asda Flexible Payments account?

Following a review of Asda Flexible Payments, we’ve taken the decision to stop offering this service. This means that we’ll be closing your Asda Flexible Payments account and from the 1st of June 2021, you will no longer be able to purchase orders on George.com with your Asda Flexible Payments account.

You will have received notice of the closure of your account. If you have an outstanding balance, you will need to continue to make payments towards it. If you have a Direct Debit already set up, you don’t need to do anything. If you don’t currently have a Direct Debit set up, or you make payments manually, please log in to your account to manage your future payment options. 

What happens if I have an outstanding balance on my Asda Flexible Payments account?

You will need to continue making payments until your balance is £0. Please log in to your account to manage your payments. Statements will continue to be issued as normal.

Who are Jaja?

Jaja Finance Limited were in partnership with Asda, and they offered you your Asda Flexible Payments account. As we have made the decision to remove this option as a payment method on George.com you will have received a notice of closure from Jaja directly.
