There is an item missing from my order

Some orders are split into separate deliveries, so some items may still be on their way to you. Before contacting us, please check your ‘Out for delivery’ emails or use the Manage your order page. You'll be able to see if your order was split and when these parcels are due to arrive.

If, after checking, you believe something is missing from a parcel, please contact our WhatsApp team who are available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday to Sunday 8am to 6pm.

Alternatively, please call our Customer Service team or send us an email, and we'll do our best to help.
