Exchanging clothing items in store

If you need to exchange an item of clothing for a different size or you’d like to swap for something else, no problem, you can now pop into a store to do this. 

Please remember to take the delivery note that was in your parcel with you. You’ll need this as proof of purchase. If you bought an item at full price that is now on sale, we refund the difference on to an Asda Gift Card. Please note that we are only able to offer in-store exchanges for George clothing items.
