Can’t collect on time? Don’t worry, you can extend the date by ten days. To do this, find the order despatch email we sent to you and click on the ‘Track my parcel’ link. Once on this page, click on ‘Extend collection date’ and this will extend your collection period by ten days. Please note that you can only extend the date once.
If the parcel is not collected, it will go back to our warehouse, and we'll process a refund and send you an email to confirm this.
