Why has my order been cancelled?

Occasionally we may find that a product is no longer available in our warehouse when we come to pick your order. If this happens, we'll cancel your order and issue a refund.

We'll notify you of any cancellations by email as early as possible. Please make sure you keep your details up to date on your account.

Can I re-order a cancelled order?

We're sorry, but currently, we're not able to re-order any cancelled orders. However, we're working hard to make improvements to be able to do this in the future. If you'd like to place another order, please check our website or visit one of our stores.
