Unfortunately, we can't cancel an order after it’s submitted, while it's being processed, or if it’s already out for delivery. But don’t worry, you can refuse the parcel at the door or leave it at the collection point, and it will go back to our warehouse for a refund to be processed.
Due to current high volumes, refunds can take up to 10 days to process and up to 5 days to clear by your bank. We’ll email you about the status of your return and confirm when your refund has been processed. Please make sure you keep your details up to date on your account.
