Using eVouchers

The process of applying an eVoucher to a George order is slightly different for registered and guest users. Please see the relevant section below.

Registered customers

If you are a registered user, your eVoucher will be saved to your account and available to use in the payment section of the checkout process.

  • Place the items you want to buy in your basket and click Checkout.
  • When you get to the payment page, select Apply a Voucher.
  • Select the eVoucher - the payment details will be updated with any outstanding balance due.

Guest customers

If you don't have an existing account, you can apply an eVoucher in the payment section in the checkout process.

  • Place the items you want to buy in your basket and click Checkout.
  • When you get to the payment page, select Apply a Voucher.
  • Enter your 10 or 16-digit eVoucher code.
  • Click Apply and the payment details will then update with any outstanding balance due.

More information

When you apply an eVoucher to your order, the full amount will be applied. However, if your order total is less than this amount the remaining balance will still be available to use on your next order.

You can only use eVouchers on George.com, not in our stores, and you can add multiple eVouchers to the same order. The vouchers are only valid for 90 days from the date of issue and will be removed from your account when they expire.
