If you’ve received your parcel and you think something is missing, check your orders page to see how your parcels have been split. Because we ship from different warehouses, there may be some items that are still on the way to you. Each parcel will have a tracking link so you can see when they are due to arrive.

If all of your parcels have been delivered and something is missing, please contact us using the details below.

I’ve received a damaged item

We try to make sure all items are packaged safely and securely but sometimes things can get bumped or knocked during transportation. If an item in your order has arrived damaged, please get in touch using the details below and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
