I'm having issues on the website, what can I do?

If you encounter any issues when using the website and something isn’t working for you such as being unable to checkout, adding an item to your basket or if a page isn’t loading correctly, please try some of these basic trouble-shooting methods. 

My browser is warning me about my password

When visiting Asda or George your browser might warn you that your account / password is at risk. This likely means one of the following things has happened:

  • You are using the same password for Asda / George on another site that has had a data breach
  • Your password is too weak
  • You are re-using the same password across multiple websites.

Clearing your cache and deleting cookies on your phone, tablet or desktop

Using an iPad or iPhone?

If you're using an iPad or iPhone, try switching off private browsing. There are different ways to enable/disable private browsing depending on the device and browser version you're using. Please see How to change private browsing for more information.
