Extend your Click & Collect parcel collection date

How do I extend my Click & Collect parcel collection date? Print

Once you receive your Ready to Collect message you have 10 days to collect your parcel from your selected store. If you are unable to collect within this timescale you can extend the date by a further 10 days by calling our customer services team on 0800 952 0101.

Please note - We are only able to extend your collection date once. If your parcel is not collected, we will return it to our warehouse and process a full refund.
