When will I get confirmation that my order has been despatched?

We will contact you when your order has been despatched. The timing of this depends on the delivery method you have chosen. There’s more information below about these and how to track your order. Please note that sometimes we send items from the same order in separate deliveries and each parcel may have separate tracking information.

Click and Collect (Free)

  • Collection from our stores is limited as we continue to support our store colleagues during the Covid-19 pandemic. More information can be found here
  • Your order could be despatched up to 21:00 in the evening the day before your chosen collection date.

Standard delivery method (£2.95/£5.95)

  • Your order may not be despatched until 48 hours before the final ‘delivered by’ date in your confirmation email
  • Your order could be despatched up until 21:00 in the evening
  • Please note an exact date of delivery cannot be guaranteed if you have chosen Standard delivery.

Spend £50 or more and receive Free Standard mainland delivery

This spend £50 or more offer is exclusive to online orders, subject to availability and applies to the UK mainland only. Excludes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Forces (BFPO) and international delivery addresses. Excludes large items and items with 3rd party delivery - these items will not feature the offer message. We reserve the right to remove this promotion at any time.

Named day (£4.50/£6.95)

  • Your order will not be despatched until 24 hours before your chosen delivery date
  • Your order could be despatched up until 21:00 in the evening the day before your order is due for delivery.

Tracking your order after despatch

Please note that once your order has been despatched, it may take 24 hours for your tracking to become available. If you can’t find tracking information this may be because some parcels, such as those delivered directly from the supplier, may not provide tracking.

Registered customers order tracking

1. Go to Track Your Order page

2. Click Sign in and enter your registered email address and password

3. Find the order you want to track

4. Click Track Delivery.

Guest customers order tracking

1. Go to Track Your Order page

2. Enter your email address and order number in the boxes

3. Click Track Order.

Home delivery

Our delivery times are 7am to 9pm Monday to Saturday. If our driver has missed you, please check any safe locations where the parcel may have been left.
