Here's how to request a refund:

Registered customers
1. Sign in to your online account using your registered email address and password
2. Click on My Account, then Your orders
3. Select the order which contains the item you wish to return.
4. Click on Return
5. Enter the quantity of the items you're returning and select the return reason
6. Choose your preferred return option and click Submit return
7. Return your items to us in store, by Collect+ or by post.

Guest customers
1. View your order details
2. Enter your email address and order number, then click Track order
3. Select the item you wish to return
4. Enter the quantity of the items you're returning and select the return reason
5. Choose your preferred return option and click Submit return
6. Return your items to us in store, by Collect+ or by post.


When will I receive my refund?
You can check the progress of your return via your online account. Here's how:
Registered customers
1. Sign in to your online account using your registered email address and password
2. Click on My Account, then click Your orders
3. Click on Refund details to view the status of your refund

Guest customers
1. View your order details (https://direct.asda.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-ASDA-Site/default/Order-Track )
2. Enter your email address and order number, then click Track order
3. Click Refund details to view the status of your refund

Once the refund has been issued the funds will be available in your account once cleared with your bank.

International return

If you would like to return an international item please contact us via our webform.

Furniture return
Please call us to arrange collection for your furniture/upholstery return on 0800 952 0101, lines are open Monday to Sunday from 7am - 11pm.
