Request a George.com return

The quickest way to obtain your refund is by signing into Your Account, visiting your order page, and letting us know what you’re returning. It’s a simple process and you can choose how you want to send your items back. For details on our returns policy please visit our returns information page.

Returns for orders placed outside the UK

For information about returning orders that were placed outside the UK, or other information about orders, please visit our help centre.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll process your refund as soon as we get the goods and send you an email confirmation of this. The refund will be made to the payment card you used and will show in your account in 3 to 5 days, once cleared by your bank.

I haven’t received a refund for goods I’ve returned

If you haven’t received a refund, you can use the options below to get in touch. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process and we know our phone lines are really busy right now, so if you still haven’t received your refund after this time please send us a few details using this form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returning a George order via your Online Grocery delivery

We are trialling the return of George.com items via your Online Grocery Delivery driver in limited areas of York and Milton Keynes. You can check whether you are eligible for this service by asking your Online Grocery Delivery driver or by signing in to your Asda Online Grocery account and going to the How to Shop page. If you are eligible, you will see a George.com returns section on this page.

To use this service your George.com parcel must:

  • be 50x30x30cm or less in size
  • be securely packaged
  • have a returns label stuck to the outside of the parcel
  • only contain the items you wish to return
  • contain the completed returns slip inside.
