Returns for orders placed outside the UK
For information about returning orders that were placed outside the UK, or other information about orders, please visit our help centre.
When will I receive my refund?
We’ll process your refund as soon as we get the goods and send you an email confirmation of this. The refund will be made to the payment card you used and will show in your account in 3 to 5 days, once cleared by your bank.
I haven’t received a refund for goods I’ve returned
If you haven’t received a refund, you can use the options below to get in touch. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process and we know our phone lines are really busy right now, so if you still haven’t received your refund after this time please send us a few details using this form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
