If your large item is indoor or outdoor furniture and it's damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day it has been delivered.
You should refuse delivery if you believe the item is damaged or faulty.
Should you have a problem with your furniture after delivery we'll try to fix this as soon as possible, we'll try to repair it or replace it for you (this doesn't affect your statutory rights).
