Our customers are extremely important to us and we treat all complaints very seriously.
If for any reason you're unhappy with a product you've bought from us or a service you've received, here's what you can do:
If there's something wrong with an item we've sold you or if you would like to complain about a product which you believe has caused injury or illness please let us know as soon as possible.
Remember to keep the item and packaging as we may need this back from you for further inspection.

If you bought the item online, please get in touch with our customer service team using the contact us links below. Our service colleagues will be able to log the details and help to arrange a refund.
We pride ourselves on the service we deliver. If for any reason our service has not met your expectations or you're unhappy about the way we've served you please let us know.
If it happened in one of our stores it's best to speak to a team manager in that store, as they're in the best place to act on what you tell us and will do what they can to resolve it.
