What information do I need to collect my George order?


Click & Collect from store

To collect your parcel from store, please take the confirmation email or text containing your order number, along with valid photo ID. You can also use the debit/credit card you paid with as an alternative ID.

Collecting from a Collect+ point

To collect your order from a Collect+ point you'll need to take the 'ready to collect' email or text containing the unique code/barcode, along with valid proof of ID. All of these are accepted: Driving licence, passport, cheque guarantee/debit/credit card, wage slip, bank/building society book or bank statement.

Things worth noting

  • We'll only give the order to the person who placed it, wherever you collect it from
  • Because we follow the Challenge 25 initiative we may need to check your date of birth if you've ordered age restricted products. We'll ask for this when you collect your order, just as we do at our checkouts
  • Your order will be held in store for 10 days. If collection is not made within this time we'll return it to our depot and issue a refund. Confirmation of your refund will be sent to the registered email address.

Please remember that items returned using the Collect+ service must weigh less than 10kg and be no bigger than 60x50x50cm in size.
