Please collect your parcel from your chosen store as soon as you receive your Ready to Collect message. Join the queue to get into the store and follow social distancing rules during your visit. You can check the latest guidelines on our Feeding the nation page. You will need your order number, along with a valid form of ID and you have 10 days to collect your parcel.
If you can’t collect within this time, don’t worry, you can extend the date by a further 10 days by calling our Customer Service team on 0800 952 0101. Please note that we can only extend the date once. If the parcel is not collected, we will return it to our warehouse and send you an email to confirm your refund.
Things worth noting
- We’ll only give the order to the person who placed it
- Because we follow the Challenge 25 initiative, we may need to check your date of birth if the order contains age-restricted items, just as we do at our checkouts.
