Click & Collect from store

When you receive your Ready to Collect message, to collect your parcel please take your confirmation email or text containing your order number, along with valid photo ID. You can also use your payment card as an alternative ID. You have 10 days to collect your parcel from your chosen store.

If you can't collect within this time, don't worry, you can extend the date by a further 10 days by calling our Customer Services team on 0800 952 0101. Please note that we can only extend the date once. If the parcel is not collected, we will return it to our warehouse and process a full refund.

Collecting from a Collect+ point

To collect your order from a Collect+ point, when you receive your Ready to Collect message, please take your confirmation email or text containing the unique code/barcode, along with valid proof of ID. All these are acceptable: Driving licence, passport, payment card, wage slip, bank statement or building society book.

Things worth noting

  • We'll only give the order to the person who placed it, wherever it is collected it from
  • Because we follow the Challenge 25 initiative, we may need to check your date of birth if the order contains age-restricted items, just as we do at our checkouts
  • Orders are available to collect for 10 days. If not collected, we will return it to our warehouse and process a full refund. We will send you confirmation of this by email.

Please remember that items returned using the Collect+ service must weigh less than 10kg and be no bigger than 60x50x50cm in size.
