Why has my order been cancelled?



Unfortunately there are occasions where we may have to cancel your order, due to stock availability. We update our website daily with stock information, however occasionally we may discover that a product is no longer available in our warehouse when we come to pack your order. If this happens we'll cancel the order and issue a refund.

We'll notify you of any cancellations by email as early as possible. Please make sure your contact details are kept up to date. Update your contact details in your Account.


Can I reorder a cancelled order?
We're sorry, currently we're unable to reorder any cancelled orders, however we're working hard to make improvements to enable this option in the near future.
