Why has my order been cancelled?


Unfortunately, due to stock availability, there are occasions where we may have to cancel your order. We update our website daily with stock information. However, occasionally we may find that a product is no longer available in our warehouse when we come to pack your order. If this happens we'll cancel your order and issue a refund.

We'll notify you of any cancellations by email as early as possible. Please make sure your contact details are kept up to date. To update your details please log in to your account.

Can I re-order a cancelled order?

We're sorry but currently we're unable to re-order any cancelled orders. However, we're working hard to make improvements to enable this option in future. If you'd like to re-order, please check our site again soon or visit one of our stores.
