How do I exchange items I've bought online?
Exchange items in store
Whether you need an exchange for a different size or you'd like to swap for a different item, you can now pop in store to do this.
To exchange your items, remember to take your delivery note which was included in your parcel with you as proof of purchase. If any items were bought at full price and are now on sale, the difference will be refunded onto a gift card.
Please note, we're only able to offer in store exchanges for George clothing items only.
Arrange an online exchange
If you're unable to get to store you can also arrange an exchange for your George items by calling our customer service team on 0800 952 0101, lines are open Monday to Sunday from 7am - 11pm.
Unfortunately, we're unable to offer an online exchange for click and collect orders.
