How do I exchange items I've bought online?

Exchanging items in store

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or you’d like to swap for a different item, no problem, you can now pop into a store to do this.

Please remember to take the delivery note that was in your parcel with you. You’ll need this as proof of purchase. If any items were bought at full price that are now on sale, the difference will be refunded on to an Asda Gift Card. Please note that we are only able to offer in-store exchanges for George clothing items.

Arranging an online exchange

If you can’t get to a store you can also arrange an exchange for your George clothing items by calling our Customer Service team on 0800 952 0101. Lines are open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 11pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

Please note that we’re not able to offer an online exchange for Click & Collect orders or for orders placed outside the UK. For information about orders placed outside the UK please visit our help centre.
