Changing an order
Once you've placed your order, it's too late for us to change any of the details, the delivery date or delivery method. But don't worry, when you receive your order you can return any unwanted items for a refund. If you missed something off, please place a separate order for these items.
Cancelling an order
If your order hasn't been despatched yet, our Customer Service team may be able to cancel this for you. This depends on the delivery method you chose for the order. To check if we're able to cancel your order, please call 0800 952 0101. Lines are open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 11pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Calling from outside the UK? - please call +44 800 952 0101 and note that our Customer Service team is English speaking and can currently only respond in English.
Order already sent?
If we've already sent your order, we won't be able to cancel it. But don't worry, you can refuse the delivery at the door and we'll return the order to our warehouse for a refund to be processed.
We'll keep you updated with the status of your return and will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed. Please ensure that your contact details are kept up to date in your Account.
