Click & Collect ID
What information do I need to be able to collect my order?
Click & Collect from store
To collect your parcel from store, please take the confirmation email or text containing your order number, along with valid photo ID. You can also use the payment card as an alternative ID if you paid with a debit/credit card.
Click & Collect from Collect+ location
To pick up your order from a Collect+ location you'll need to take the 'ready to collect' email or text containing the unique code/barcode, along with valid proof of ID. All of these are accepted:
Driving licence, wage slip, passport, cheque guarantee / credit / debit card, utility bill, cheque book, bank / building society book, bank statement.
It's worth noting
Because we follow the Challenge 25 initiative we may need to check your date of birth if you've ordered age restricted products. We'll ask for this when you collect your order, just like we would at our checkouts.
We'll only give the order to the person who placed it, wherever you collect it from.
- Your order will be held in store for 10 days, if collection is not made after this time we'll return it to our depot and issue a refund. Confirmation of your refund will be sent to the registered email address.
