Why has my card payment failed?

Occasionally we're unable to successfully secure payment. This could be due to a number of reasons, but most commonly it is caused by something as simple as mistyping some of your details.

If any of the following details have been entered incorrectly this may cause your payment to fail:

  • Card number (Note: you may need to delete and re-enter your card details to do this)
  • Cardholder name
  • Expiry date
  • CVV code
  • Your billing address.

If you have checked all of the above and they are correct, it is likely that your bank has not authorized the payment. For your personal security we don't see the reason why this has happened so you will need to get in touch with your bank/card issuer and they will provide more information.
