It can take 2-3 weeks for returns to get back to our warehouse, depending on the return method you chose. When we receive it we'll send an email to let you know that your refund has been processed. The refund will be shown in your available balance once cleared in your account.
Details are also available by checking your order in the 'My Account' section of our website. You need to sign in to your George Account to access this information. Click on 'Your Orders' and select the order you have returned. The refund detail is displayed on the left hand side.
