Where is my order?

When we dispatch orders some parcels can be tracked on George.com, there's tracking information in your order details. We sometimes send items from the same order in separate deliveries and each parcel may have separate tracking information.


When it's on its way
We'll send you an email to let you know when your order has left our warehouse, you can use the information in the email to track it. We'll also include details of the courier delivering to you. Parcels can be delivered up to 7pm on the estimated delivery date

If we're delivering your order to an Asda store or Collect+ location we'll send you an email or text when it's ready to collect.


Track it yourself….here's how

Registered customers

1. Go to asda.com/George and click on Your Orders (you will need to sign in)

2. Go to the order you want to track

3. Click Track Delivery next to your order


Guest customers

1. Go to asda.com/George and click on Track Your Order

2. Enter the details requested

3. Click Track Delivery next to your order


Can't find tracking information?
If you can't find tracking information, this may be because:


· There's a delay in the updates to the tracking database


· Some parcels, such as those delivered by Royal Mail can't be tracked


· Suppliers sometimes don't provide us with tracking information if the order is sent to you directly


· An exchange has been requested



A note about estimated delivery dates
If the estimated delivery date has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for your delivery. In most cases we'll get it to you shortly after the estimated delivery date. If it's more than a couple of days after the estimated date we've given and your parcel still hasn't arrived, please contact us on the link below.
