Cancelling Your Order

How do I cancel my order?

To check if it's possible to cancel your order, first check the status of it, as it depends where in the delivery cycle it is.


Here's how:

Go to


Click on Your Orders (you'll need to sign in)


Find the order you want to cancel (If you're a guest customer i.e. you haven't registered, you can use the Track Your Order link to access the order details).



Not sent yet?

If we've not already despatched your order, we may be able to cancel the delivery. Please contact us on the link below and speak to one of our colleagues.


Already sent?

If we've already sent your order, we're unable to cancel it. You'll need to refuse the delivery at the door and we'll take it back to our warehouse. It can take 2-3 weeks for returns to get back to our warehouse. When we get it we'll send an email to let you know that your refund has been processed. It takes 3-5 days from this point for the refund to show in your account. If it's not in your account after this time, please contact us on the link below.
