What delivery options are available?
We offer Standard Delivery on all wine orders. Delivery usually takes place within 2 business days of the estimated delivery date; we'll send you an email to let you know when it has left our warehouse.
Do you offer help and advice on which products to buy?
Yes, just send us an email and let us know what you need. We'll let you know our recommendations within 2 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
I want to place a large order for a special occasion, such as a birthday / wedding etc. How can I do this?
Place your order as normal and then send us an email with the details of which products you'd like, the volume and the date you need it by. We'll check we have the stock available, if not we'll get it for you and let you know when it's ready to order. If for any reason we cannot source the product(s), we will contact you.
Do you offer discounts for bulk/large orders?
All our products are sold at everyday low prices, and further discounts for large/bulk orders are not available.
Do you offer / can I have sale or return on my order?
We're unable to offer sale or return on your order, however this does not affect your statutory rights.
Will my order all be the same vintage?
We're unable to guarantee your full order will be the same vintage, we may send mixed vintages of the same product.
