I have a problem with my large item, can you help ?
We will always try to help. If your large item is indoor or outdoor furniture and you believe it is damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day it has been delivered.
You should refuse delivery of an item you believe is damaged or faulty.
Should you have a problem with a your indoor or outdoor furniture after delivery we will try to fix this as soon as possible, we will try to repair it or replace it for you (your statutory rights won't be affected).
