What do I do if I have a problem on delivery of my large item ?

Track it yourself….here's how

Registered Customers

1.     Go to Your Orders (you will need to sign in)
2.     Go to the order you want to track
3.     Click Track Delivery next to your order

Guest customers

1.     Go to Track Your Orders
2.     Enter the details requested
3.     Click Track Delivery next to your order

Can't find tracking information?

If you can't find tracking information, this may be because:

• There's a delay in the updates to the tracking database
• Some parcels, such as those delivered by Royal Mail can't be tracked
• Suppliers sometimes don't provide us with tracking information if the order is sent to you directly
• An exchange has been requested

To contact your carrier use the number they will have given to you when they arranged your delivery date and be sure you carefully check the dimensions of the large item before you order to make sure it fits into your home, through the front door and also any internal doors.
