Tracking Your Order

How do I track my order?

If you would like to track your order, please Click Here to go to our Track Your Order page. In order to do this, you will need your Order Number and the Postcode of the Billing address available.


Or Alternatively;

If you're registered, you can sign in and click on 'My Orders' in the top right hand corner of the page, select the order you want to track, click on 'View Order' Details and select 'Click here To Track'.

We'll send you an email to let you know when your order has left our warehouse. You'll be able to use the information in the email to track your order. The email will include details of the courier delivering to you.

In some instances where all or part of your order is provided by one of our third party suppliers we will be unable to provide a tracking reference as they may choose to use a carrier network independent of Asda.

If this is the case, the delivery details of the product you may be about to purchase will state if the product is shipped direct from our suppliers.
